Still Morning Lavender Farm didn't start with a business plan. It started with a dream, a piece of Michigan land, and a community that believed before the first seed was ever planted.
Where the Dream Began
For years, the vision of a lavender farm lived quietly in our hearts — rows of purple blooms swaying in a Michigan breeze, the scent of lavender drifting across a still morning. We imagined a place where neighbors could gather, couples could celebrate, and families could slow down and breathe.
But dreams need roots. And roots need soil, water, and — most importantly — people who believe in them. That's where you came in.
Community made this possible
Funded by Neighbors, Grown with Love
Through a GoFundMe campaign that humbled and moved us beyond words, our community stepped forward to help fund the plants, the soil preparation, and the early infrastructure that would make this farm possible. Every dollar was a vote of confidence — a neighbor saying, "We believe in this. We want this here."
We also pursued and received grant funding that helped us prepare the land responsibly and sustainably. These grants represent not just financial support, but a recognition that what we're building here matters — for our community, for agriculture, and for the future.

Our mission is to cultivate beauty, community, and connection — one bloom at a time. We believe in the power of slow mornings, handcrafted things, and the magic that happens when people come together around something they love.

We are still in our early chapters. The lavender is growing, the land is being lovingly prepared, and the dream is taking shape row by row. In the seasons ahead, we look forward to opening our fields for farm tours, hosting weddings and events, running craft workshops, and offering our handcrafted lavender products to the world.
